Incredibly informative staff constantly happy to help even when there are many customers. Clean premises and basically an extensively organized, well-put place. I give it 7 stars!

Great place to workout! There's a steam room, a swimming pool, a Kauai and an area to eat and relax. The grid class is the best for getting fit quickly!
